摘要：

The software development cycle together with each phase is described in detail. The activities and actors which contribute to each phase are identified The risks that arise during the software development cycle are identified and classified in risk categories. Risk management strategies are presented. A new method of defining global efficiency is presented based on each actor. Global efficiency for software systems is defined. An indicator of measuring efficiency in task management is created and explained.
