摘要
Design method of remote monitor and control system for HF ground wave radar is given out. Based on the 32-bit ARM embedded system and Windows Socket remote control programming, the system can realize the remote monitor of radar's running status and environments information, and enable the remote control of radar devices. It details the basic principle, system functions, software and hardware implementation etc. Means of identify verification and authorization control are considered to guarantee the security and reliability of the system. It can improve the management and maintenance of HF ground wave radar system.
