摘要：
In the paper the principles and areas of possible adaptation in digital protection systems are described. It is clear that application of adaptation may contribute to improvement of both selectivity and operation speed of power system protection relays. An example of generator differential protection is also presented where introduction of adaptivity brought about better stabilization for close external faults with CT saturation. ( Adaptive solutions in power system protection).
