摘要
Aiming at reducing the loss of lives and property in the disaster area caused by earthquake, the distribution of relief depots plays very important role. This problem is more serious in China because of the big population. This paper uses graph theory and fuzzy programming to optimize the location problem. Based on the principle of urgency of time, geographic requirement, full use of space and minimized cost, the model of relief depot location optimization is put forward. The model includes calculating Absolute center to optimize the location and setting a multi-rescuing point model especially for continuous consumption in the earthquake emergency system. To illustrate the procedure of algorithm, a simple is given which proves the scientific nature and effectiveness of the method. Finally the paper shows the position of this method in the Post-earthquake Emergency Decision Support System.
