摘要
To solve SAIC Motor Corporation Limited ("SAIC Motor" for short) scattered and chaotic status and make SAIC Motor become bigger and stronger, this paper finds out the integration problems for SAIC Motor and discusses on the integration countermeasures from three layers: operation layer, planning and control layer and strategy layer. Here, operation layer includes OEMs integration, suppliers integration and retailers integration; planning and control layer includes the implement and performance evaluation of CPFR based on information technique; strategy layer includes the maintenance of partnership and culture integration.
