摘要
In order to meet the requirements for application of high-concentration gas, a mining diesel engine EUP (electronic unit pump) is developed. The EUP is designed to adopt a mining encapsulated high-speed solenoid valve, of which key components take coupling manufacture and assembly technology, including plunger coupling, valve stem coupling and delivery valve coupling. It can achieve high-pressure injection, injection timing and multiple-injection to meet increasingly strict emission regulations, reduce fuel consumption and realize energy saving and emission reduction. A performance test is carried out for the EUP on the oil pump experiment bench. Test results show that the EUP has an oil consumption difference below 5% from similar foreign products under four speeds; it can perform well to meet domestic market requirements.
