摘要
This paper presents a preliminary study of the natural resonant frequency of the coconut fruits. As the quality of the export coconut fruits are heavily depends on harvesting and handling processes, it is necessary to identify the quality before shipment. Consequently, the radar scattering technique is one of the interesting method to identify the quality of coconut fruit. In order to implement radar scattering method, one needs to investigate the scattering behavior and the natural resonant frequencies of the coconut fruit. This paper investigates the scattering and natural resonant frequencies and shows the promising results for implementing the radar scattering technique for quality identification of coconut fruits.
