摘要
Fe-matrix composite coatings reinforced by in-situ particles with high nickel content were produced on QT450-10 by laser alloying. Coatings with different microstructure proportions and particle distributions were obtained by the adjustment of the content of Ni, Ti and Zr in the alloying powder and the laser parameters. The influence of the content of Ni and the is studied, which is revealed by the electrochemical characteristics. The results indicate that the alloying coating with more content of nickel and less particles get corroded much harder with a higher corrosion rate. (C) 2013 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
