摘要
Silk woven fabrics (SF) were coated with Polycarprolactone (PCL)/Titanium dioxide (TiO2) to enhance the biological properties. The TiO2 played two roles affecting surface morphology and cell viability. The surface morphology became rougher and more porous as TiO2 concentration was increased. The cell viability decreased relative to bare SF and PCL coated SF scaffolds. In addition, the tensile strength of all samples was 22 MPa, mainly derived from the SF matrix.
