摘要：

This paper expatiates the basic concept of knowledge management(KM) and knowledge management system (KMS) and analyzes the of research and development (R&D) in automobile enterprise, putting forward a model about classification of knowledge structure which based on vehicle structure and vehicle development process. This paper also concludes a architecture of knowledge management system(KMS) of research and development in automobile enterprise and a module of function.
