摘要
Micro-friction stir welding (mu FSW) is a revolutionary joining process which is usually used for the weld- ing of metallic alloys, like aluminium, magnesium, copper, lead, zinc, titanium and other softer structural alloys. Micro-friction stir welding is employed to join thin electrical components and micro-mechanical components which is primarily used in industries like; aerospace, automotive and other industrial appli- cations. Tool rotational speed along with speed of welding and angle of tool tilting are most vital param- eters for the mu FSW process which affects the joint property. It gives better joint properties than the base material properties. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
