摘要
The advantages and disadvantages of virtual instrument, which were build based on GPIB or PC-Card or VXI. or PXI, were compared The technical features and strong points of LXI were introduced The architecture of virtual instrument based on LXI was proposed Network message trigger, IEEE-1588 clock synchronization trigger and hardware trigger were used to achieve synchronization test. And synchronization precision of the three methods increases in turn. The instrument driver and LXI Sync API of LXI were also discussed The actual application shows application of LXI technology in ATS can decrease its cubage and weight, reduce its cost and complexity, and improve its configuration agility.
