摘要:
Light source characterization plays important role in improving optical technology in Thailand. An effort to develop CCD spectrometer, by Metrology and Physics of Instrumentation Research unit, encounters with some complicated problems. One of them is a transformation of electrical potential differences, representing an image of rays diffracted by grating on CCD sensor, into a light source spectrum. Applying linear algebra to analyze the transformation process, benefits us to simplify the problem and turns system of equations to be compact, in matrix form. Results of this analysis exhibit compendium and convenience of utilizing this transformation method to the real time processing and suggest the A possible highest resolution of the CCD spectrometer.
