摘要:
Nanocrystalline CdS films were prepared by chemical bath deposition at 65 degrees C with stirring at 350 rpm. for different deposition times. The films were annealed at 350 degrees C for 2 hours. The structural and optical parameters properties of the films were studied. The thickness of the films was found to increase as the deposition time increases. The band gap (E-g) of the film was found to decrease from 2.43ev to 2.32ev with increase in deposition time.
