The application and exploration of the foundation construction management in high-rise building based on BIM technology

摘要
With the increase of urban population, the high-rise buildings are widely applied. The foundation is the basis of the building, and its quality is directly relative to the safety of building. According to a practical example of the foundation engineering in a high-rise building, this paper established the parameterized model of the foundation engineering by BIM technology, and simulated the whole process of foundation construction. Then the quickly and complete transmission of construction information was accomplished through the cooperative work platform of BIM. Afterward, the collision detections of reinforcement clearance were done to catch the collision problems between the reinforcements at the joints in the early time. Compared with the traditional construction management method, it was found that the application of BIM technology can control the construction quality more effectively, optimize the resource allocation, and ensure the safety of foundation engineering.
