摘要：

The paper sets up a Pagano model in the endogenetic economic theory, and uses SPSS software to make multivariate linear regression analyses based on the correlative data published by the government from 1990 to 2006. It analyzed the relationship between the rural finance development and rural economic growth of Heilongjiang province. Finally it draws an important conclusion that the rural finance development took a prominent accelerated effect on the rural economic growth in Heilongjiang province.
