Crystal structure of (NH4)4[(UO2)2(C2O4)3(NCS)2] • 2H2O

摘要
The crystal structure of (NH4)(4)[(UO2)(2)(C2O4)(3)(NCS)(2)](.)2H(2)O (I) was studied by X-ray diffraction. The crystals are triclinic; the unit cell parameters are a = 7.786(5) Angstrom, b = 8.839(4) Angstrom, c = 9.465(3) Angstrom, alpha = 108.30(3)degrees, beta = 92.18(4)degrees, gamma = 92.73(4)degrees, space group P (1) over bar, Z = 1, R = 0.0263. The main structural unit in crystals of I are binuclear groups of the [(UO2)(2)(C2O4)(3)(NCS)(2)](4-) composition belonging to the A(2)K(02)B(2)(01)M(2)(1) (A = UO22+) crystal-chemical group of uranyl complexes. The uranium-containing complexes are combined in a three-dimensional framework by ammonium ions and a system of hydrogen bonds involving outer-sphere water molecules.
