摘要：

We aimed to obtain giant vesicles (GVs) confining microspheres with a volume fraction of 20-30 vol %, analogous to biological macromolecules contained in cytosols, through simple and quick steps. Through water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion centrifugation, we formed GVs containing 1-mu m polystyrene microspheres with volume fractions in the range 0-45 vol %.
