摘要
Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease of which glomerulonephritis (GN) is the most frequent and serious complication. Biological diagnosis of this disease relies on antinuclear antibodies (ANA) screening, and identification of their targets. These include insoluble nuclear antigens (Ags) such as anti-DNA and soluble nuclear Ags (SSA/Ro, SSB/La, Sm, RNP). However, some of them are poorly associated with the evolution of the disease. Recent characterization of Abs in GN, resulted in the development of more reliable tests. (C) 2007 Elsevier Masson SAS. Tous droits reserves.
