Raman and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy on molecules of pharmaceutical and biological interest

摘要
The molecules with antibacterial properties like, acridine derivatives, rivanol, furan derivatives, potassium benzylpenicillin, tranquilizers like, phenothiazine derivatives, anti-inflamatorry drugs like, diclofenac sodium and its complex with beta-cyclodextrin and some non natural P-amino acids were studied by theoretical (DFT) and experimental (Raman and Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS)) point of view in order to have information about vibrational frequencies their assignment and the structure of the adsorbed molecular species and orientation of the molecules on metallic surface. These studies lead to a better understanding of their biological activity on different physico-chemical conditions.
