摘要
Slurry technologies of blended coals were studied in this paper, one coal with lower slurry ability and static stability or poor theological behaviour and the other with good properties of CWS and better theological behaviour were selected. Examination was conducted in the lab at first. The effect of the chemical additive quantity and ratios of two coals on the static stability and viscidity of coal water slurry (CWS) was studied. The results show that CWS is better static stability and viscidity when the chemical additive quantity is at 8 parts per thousand and the ratio of two coals is 5:5.Industrial test was conducted in a CWS industry under optimum technical parameters of laboratory. Industrial test results and experimental results are compared and the possible causes of the difference between two results were analyzed in this paper. It will promote the preparation industrialization of blended coals.
