摘要:
The effects of functionally gradient structure of graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) reinforced Ni3Al metal matrix composites (GNMMCs) prepared by laser melting deposition on the tribological performance, as well as friction-induced vibration and noise are investigated. Results show that GNMMCs with GNPs gradient structure can improve the tribological performance and weaken the intensity of high frequency vibration and noise under the variable loadings, which are affected by the synergy effects of lubricant and gradient structure. High level of GNPs content in contact interface layer allows an easier GNPs deposition and promote the formation of smooth surface. GNMMCs with gradient hardness change has the abilities of absorbing heavy loads and resisting the deformation of contact interface. Hence, friction-induced vibration and noise is reduced.
