摘要：
Buprenorphine-/Naloxone-Sublingual was developed to make maintenance treatment safer. These efforts turned out less efficient and in opposite to Buprenorphine treatment its acceptance appears decreased. The individual perception regarding the effect of maintenance substances cannot always be quantified by empirical methods. This however, is of fundamental importance for the individual treatment acceptance on the part of the client. The presented case study describes the perception of individual effects along with Buprenorphine-/NaloxoneSublingual treatment.
