摘要
A mathematical method for optimising CO2 enrichment in greenhouses is developed. The optimisation method is based on maximising the instantaneous net income rate from CO2 enrichment. The net income rate is a balance between the anticipated value of enrichment and the cost of enrichment. The optimisation method determines the CO2 setpoint trajectory which maximises the instantaneous net income rate whilst ensuring that the CO2 setpoint, the rate of change of the setpoint and the total CO2 supply are bounded.
