摘要：

Based on studying the meaning of water eco-environment health, combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to establish healthy evaluation index system of water eco-environment. Taking Shenyang City for an example, adopting multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to assess the water ecological environment health of Shenyang in 2010, and the results show that the comprehensive evaluation of water ecological environment health overall rating value is 0. 468, 7, in unsafe to basic security transition stage. On the basis of the membership of each index the water ecological environment health in Shenyang was diagnosed.
