摘要
The excess adsorption isotherms of organic modifiers (methanol and acetonitrile) from water on chemically bonded stationary phases were studied, using seven different packed columns with different organic ligand lengths from C4 to C30. Isotherms were measured using the minor disturbance method. Excess isotherms can give useful information about the structure of the stationary phase. The amount of "adsorbed" solvent can indicate the type of distribution mechanism.
