摘要
A monolithic CMOS DC-DC converter with integrated power switches and a novel variable-frequency boundary conduction mode for feedback control is presented in this paper. Implemented in a 0.18-mu m CMOS technology, the operating frequency is from 90 kHz to 500 kHz and the power efficiency can achieve 92.6% The total area including I/O pads is 1.1mm x 1.15mm
