摘要：

Police GIS(Geographical Information System) can help crime officers identify potential crime sites by displaying complex and unrelated criteria on a layered graphical interface or map. This paper introduces a Police Geographical Information System based on ArcGIS which has two modes of C/S and B/S. Design system function modules and CCRS WebGIS based on ArcIMS and present geocoding in detail.
