摘要
This article presents a summary of a short story across the time discussing objectively from a sociological perspective, the repercussion of the historical moment of modernity and postmodernity in the Brazilian educational phenomenon through a bibliographic search, based on the concepts of Niklas Luhmann and Edgar Morin. Through a critical reading of the theorists cited, and an approach focusing on the globalization and technology phenomenon, we realize Luhmann's contribution to education, socialization proposed by Luhmann, that in its opinion, education should be considered in all communications intends to educate and updated in interactions with others, men is no longer "the transmission medium, is no longer the communication channel," not its role to take over the function and bring information, now men is a being whose mental function is relegated to the background in the communication system.
