摘要
Globalization, transition, radical transformations, rapidly. escalating change and chaos and increased customer influence are the most important characteristics of today's terms in which organizations operate and "live". For the majority of today's modern organizations, the most emphasized activity is to become an effective learning organization in order to survive, advance and succeed. The goal of this paper is to emphasize the significance of effective leadership processes along with adequate behaviors of the leaders in learning organizations. It is explained how this processes can be achieved based on thoroughly planned strategic activities. The roles, skills and capabilities of lenders in learning organization also have significant place in this paper. In the future, a research in Serbian organizations will be conducted to learn more about the structure of these processes in practical environments in older to improve them.
