摘要:
The synthesis, structural characterization and magnetic property of two new coordination polymers [Cu(pyz)(mu-CH3CO2)4](n) (1) and [Cu(pyz)(mu-CCl3CO2)(4)](n) (2) (pyz = pyrazine) are reported. Here, the carboxylato bridged two dinuclear copper(I 1) complexes are linked through pyrazine giving a I-D alternating chain. The magnetic property of the complexes indicates a significant difference originated from the introduction of electron withdrawing substituent on the bridging dicarboxylate. Complex I exhibits strong antiferromagnetic interactions with J = -344.61 cm(-1) whereas 2 exhibits comparatively less strong I, antiferromagnetic coupling with J = -238.53 cm(-1).
