摘要
In this paper, the output frequency response function (OFRF), a concept recently proposed by the authors is applied to study the effect of nonlinear viscous damping device on the displacement vibration isolation of multi-storey building structures. The results reveal that the OFRF estimation has an excellent agreement with the FE model analysis result, and imply that the OFRF can be used as a powerful approach to the design of nonlinear viscous damping devices for multi-storey building structures.
