摘要
Mining production is a process involving high risk, the accident consequences are serious, and so its safety problems have always been subjects of social concern. Safety supervision is an important method to improve the ability of coal mine safety production. Based on foreign advanced safety supervision methods, this paper proposed to enhance supervision system construction through innovating the idea of law enforcement, perfecting the rules and regulations and improving supervision management system, and strengthen supervisor team building from three aspects of ideology, technology and supervision atmosphere. These methods can be used to increase the capacity of safety supervision, improve the level of safety in mining, and promote the coal mine safety management carrying on successfully.
