General construction is the development road and direction of Chinese constructing enterprises. And cultivating and developing general construction is an important strategy for Chinese construction industry. This paper first defines what is general construction, then analyzes the current situation of general construction in China. And finally it brings some feasible countermeasures toward those problems.
