摘要
A method for analysing 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8OHdG) in human urine by solid-phase extraction and derivatization gas chromatography is described. The experimental conditions, especially the optimization of derivatization, were systematically studied. The 80HdG was identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The detection limit of this method is 4.56 pg/s, and the linear range is 0.2 similar to 100 mug. For the analysis of 80HdG in human urine, the RSD is less than 8.0% (n = 5).
