摘要
The solutions of the Dirac equation with Modified Tietz and Modified Poschl-Teller scaler and vector potentials including the tensor interaction term for arbitrary spin-orbit quantum number kappa are presented. We obtained the energy eigenvalues and the corresponding wave functions using the supersymmetry method. To show the accuracy of our results, we calculate the energy eigenvalues numerical for different values of n and kappa. It is shown that these results are in good agreement with those found in the literature.
