摘要
The micron Si2N2O was prepared through the reaction of metal silicon and microsilica in a vacuum induction furnace filled with high pure nitrogen at 1600 degrees C for 2 h with different Si/SiO2 ratios (1.5:1; 2:1; 2.5:1 and 3:1). The phase composition and microstructure of the Si2N2O were analyzed by XRD, SEM, EDS. Results show that the highly pure micron-scale Si2N2O is synthesized when Si/SiO2 ratio is 3:1. Atomic ratio in the product of Si2N2O is close to that of Si2N2O in theory.
