摘要
In order to explore the promotion of enterprise supply chain optimization, the article has put forward a strategy of enterprise supply chain optimization based on brand strategy,in the analysis of the importance of brand strategy-based enterprise supply chain optimization, on the basis of calculation and evaluation, using analytic hierarchy process,on weight of index which have influence of the enterprise supply chain optimization based on the brand strategy, and combining the actual market of enterprise.
