摘要
The operating conditions of hydro turbines' have a significant influence on the safety and economic benefit for hydropower plants. In this paper, a condition monitoring system for hydro turbines based on LabVIEW is proposed. Typical measurands for hydro turbines' condition monitoring and their respective sensors are studied and determined. The configuration and function modules of the proposed system are established and implemented. The results of the application to a Francis turbine have shown that this system helps to obtain the hydraulic turbine's state and is promising to be a technical reference for the field engineers.
