Simultaneous determination of 19 chlorophenols in water by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry with solid-phase extraction

摘要
A method to simultaneously determinate 19 chlorophenols (CPs) in water by liquid chromatography, coupled with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry (LC-APCI-MS), and a solid-phase extraction utilizing Oasis (R) HLB cartridges to preconcentrate the target analytes was developed. The method was linear in the range 0.5 similar to 25.0 mu g/L with a good correlation coefficient (r > 0.996) for all CPs. The limits of detection (LODs) were 0.4 similar to 30.0 ng/L, extraction recoveries were 87.5 similar to 100.4%, intra-day RSDs were 5 similar to 12%, and inter-day RSDs were 7 similar to 15%. This method has been successfully applied to the analysis of water samples. In addition, a comparison was obtained between APCI-MS and ESI-MS for the determination of the 19 CPs.
