摘要：
Higashiyama and Yoshinaga [Phys. Rev. C 83, 034321 (2011)] neglected all previous studies of nuclei in the same region using the same approach (nucleon-pair-approximation calculations), the same Hamiltonian, and similar parameters. Their claim of the pair-truncated shell model as a "new approach" and their neglect of all previous formulations of the nucleon-pair approximation are misleading. DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevC.87.039801
