摘要
Herein, an interplaying ICT-FRET-based ratiometric fluorescent chemosensor (NapN(3)-PCM), capable of precisely determining H2S concentration by the dual fluorescence fluctuation mode of two distinct emission bands, was elaborately designed and synthesized. Importantly, it was successfully applied to detect H2S levels in living cells and zebrafish using ratiometric fluorescence imaging.
