摘要
Two-tier femtocell network is considered a promising architecture to cope with the unprecedented mobile data rate demand. Since macrocell users' quality of service (QoS) have the highest priority to be maintained, which is severely affected by the cross-tier interference. Therefore power control is considered as the most effective solution, where the power of the femto base stations (FBSs) in the downlink is adjusted such that the interference caused to macrocell user is kept under an acceptable level. In this paper, we model this scenario as Stackelberg game, where the macrocell protects its users by imposing price on each FBS causing the interference, considering FBSs are under maximum transit power constraint. Most of the previous research works are based on iterative methods to achieve Stackelberg equilibrium (SE) for solving the problem. In this paper, we present a unique closed form solution to the Stackelberg game based on convex optimization method considering some assumptions. The numerical results are presented to verify the proposed study and performance enhancement of both the macro and femto users.
