摘要
The COVID-19 pandemic has increased use of technology in our daily and work lives, through digital transformation which has both challenges and opportunities. This brief commentary highlights some of the issues, faced during the pandemic time, that require empirical research and hold strong managerial implications. As such, we identify research implications involving adoption, adaptation, use, and impact of information systems and technology during the COVID-19 period and beyond.
