摘要：

With intense market competition, product development ability is becoming more and more important for enterprise core competitive ability, but the effective approach to enhance product development ability is integrated innovation. In the paper, the integrated innovation system is designed base on internal and external theory on integrated innovation, and analyzed in the three aspects of essential, guarantee and tool. At last, the paper expects more study on operational mode of integrated innovation.
