摘要：

This article discusses about Project Management and advantages on automation of a project management methodology. In light of Business Process Management(BPM), which operates mainly in reducing interference and losses arising from interfaces between organizations, functional areas and hierarchical levels, we report here the case study carried on a public organization in the state of Ceara, Brazil, aiming to evaluate the feasibility of applying the automation of the project management methodology using BPMS.
