摘要
School is a common life place for children and adolescents, Allergic emergencies (anaphylactic shock, laryngeal angioedema, acute asthma) may occur, mainly due to food allergies. Recent French rules (November 10, 1999) go into detail about the management of allergic risk and emergency cases, The protocol explains the eviction plan and the use of an emergency kit containing an antihistamine, oral steroid, beta 2-mimetics, inhalation chamber and auto-injectable epinephrine. The composition of the emergency kit depends on the clinical features of food allergy presented by the child. The evaluation of the efficacy of personalised care projects in schools underlines the need of training for the child, his family, teachers and other members of the educational staff and school refectory.
