摘要：

Research and development is an inexhaustible motive force for economic growth, which is the internal source of sustained economic development. As an important position in the national scientific development system, corporate R&D activities have a positive role in performance. Based on corporate governance perspective, from the ownership structure, board and salary incentives of the domestic literature were reviewed to provide a reference for the follow-up study of corporate governance and R & D investment relations.
