摘要
A novel Ba2Y(BO3)(2)Cl: Bi blue phosphor was prepared by the solid state reaction, and its luminescence property was studied. The results show that the Ba2Y(BO3)(2)Cl: Bi phosphor exhibits the various excitation behaviors, and the emission properties of the Ba2Y(BO3)(2)Cl: Bi phosphor are related to the excitation wavelength. The emission band of Ba2Y(BO3)(2)Cl: Bi3+ phosphors was located at 410 nm under the excitation of 372 nm. While the Ba2Y (BO3)(2)Cl: Bi phosphor exhibits three emission bands located at 366, 410 and 490 nm under the excitation of 336 or 342 nm. The various luminescence properties of Ba2Y(BO3)(2)Cl: Bi phosphor may be attributed to three different Bi3+ sites in the Ba2Y(BO3)(2)Cl host lattice. The Ba2Y(BO3)(2)Cl: Bi blue phosphor can be used in white light emitting diodes as a new efficient blue phosphor.
