摘要
For the lack of the traditional calibration methods of the sensor static and dynamic characteristic parameters, the software of parameter calibration was designed by using the graphical programming language, that is, LabVIEW. The USB-based data acquisition card controlled by software is used to obtain the output voltage of the sensors, displaying a characteristic curve in the real time, and the static parameters (sensitivity, linearity, etc.) and dynamic parameters (natural frequency, damping ratio, etc.) were calculated and analyzed automatically on-line by using mathematical tools such as the least square fitting, spline interpolation, etc.. Experimental results show that the software has a good interface, is easy to operate, the results are accurate and efficient, which can fully meet the needs of industrial testing.Introduction
